Welcome to QAF - Quality Assurance Forum ("QAF", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using qaforum.in, creating an account, registering for any programme, or making any online payment on the website, the user ("you" or "your") agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1.1 About the website

qaforum.in presents QAF as a Quality Assurance Forum focused on quality practices, training, and quality management support for medical laboratories and healthcare organizations. The website also provides online account/registration functionality for programme enrolment and fee payment.

1.2 Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration.
  • If you are registering on behalf of a laboratory, hospital, institution, or company, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

1.3 Services covered

These terms apply to all online interactions on the website, including:

  • Account creation and login.
  • Registration for EQAS programmes, training, events, workshops, advisory services, subscriptions, or other listed services.
  • Online payment of registration fees, participation fees, service charges, renewals, and other applicable charges.

1.4 User obligations

You agree that you will not:

  • QAF reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or cancel any registration where information is incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, non-compliant, or outside service scope.
  • Confirmation of successful registration is subject to successful payment receipt, verification of details, and availability of the selected programme or service.

1.6 Pricing and payments

  • All fees displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice, unless already confirmed for a completed order.
  • Taxes, levies, gateway charges, or statutory charges, if applicable, may be charged additionally or shown separately.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment partners or banking channels. QAF is not liable for temporary failure of payment caused by bank servers, gateway downtime, internet issues, or user-side errors.
  • A transaction is considered complete only after successful payment authorization and actual receipt/confirmation by QAF.

1.7 Programme-specific conditions

  • Certain EQAS cycles, training programmes, workshops, or advisory services may have separate operational rules, timelines, sample schedules, reporting timelines, eligibility requirements, or participation instructions.
  • In case of conflict between these Terms and any programme-specific written instruction published on the website or shared officially by QAF, the specific programme instruction will prevail for that programme.

1.8 Intellectual property

  • All website content, including text, graphics, logos, forms, programme structures, manuals, documents, and downloadable materials, is owned by or licensed to QAF unless otherwise stated.
  • No content may be reused, modified, republished, or redistributed without prior written consent, except where permitted by law.

1.12 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or online transactions.
